New PQF

The PQF system is completed through the Safety Council of SWLA website www.safetycouncilswla.org. To get into the PQF system you must go to the website listed above and on the Top of the home page go to “PQF & Audit Process” then click on “Login”. Once on the PQF login screen you will need to click on the option of “New User”. At this stage you are only giving basic company information, creating a user name and password, and setting up a payment method. The PQF fee is $140. You will have the ability to pay online with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) or request to be invoiced. Once payment is received an email will be sent to the contact email on file letting you know your user name and password have been authorized. At this time go to the website at www.safetycouncilswla.org and click on “Login” under the “PQF & Audit Process”. Now you will need to enter your user name and password you created. This will login to the PQF system and you can begin your PQF. Once all information is entered you will need to click on submit. Note: Your PQF is not visible to the Owners until it has been submitted. The system will notify you once all adequate information is entered and will tell you your PQF has been submitted.

A PQF is only good for one year from the date it is submitted. If your PQF is expired go to the website at www.safetycouncilswla.org and go to “PQF & Audit Process” then click on “Login” on the Top of the home page. Once you click here it will ask for your user name and password on the account. (If you have forgotten your user name and password on the account please see information below.) Once you have logged in your only option will be to “Renew Your PQF”. The system will then ask for a payment method. The PQF renewal fee is $140. You will have the ability to pay online with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) or request to be invoiced. Once payment is received the system will copy and paste all the information from the previous year’s PQF and you will need to go in update it and click on submit. Note: Your PQF is not visible to the Owners until it has been submitted. The system will notify you once all adequate information is updated and will tell you your PQF has been submitted.
