How do I update my OSHA/EMR data for current year into the PQF system?

 

Current PQF:

If you have a current PQF you can update your OSHA/EMR data by going to our website at www.safetycouncilswla.org and clicking on the PQF login on the top of the home page under “PQF & Audit Process”.  Once logged into the PQF system click on the first link “Enter/Edit PQF” then click on “Edit PQF”. On the left hand side under menu you should see “Safety and Health Performance” and this is where you will update your updated OSHA/EMR data.

Expired PQF:

If you have an expired PQF you will simply need to renew your PQF.  Below are the steps to renew the PQF:

If your PQF is expired go to the website at www.safetycouncilswla.org and go to “PQF Login” under the “PQF & Audit Process”.  Once you click here it will ask for your user name and password on the account.  (If you have forgotten your user name and password on the account please see information below.) Once you have logged in your only option will be to “Renew Your PQF”.  The system will then ask for a payment method. The PQF renewal fee is $140.00. You will have the ability to pay online with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) or request to be invoiced.  Once payment is received the system will copy and paste all the information from the previous year’s PQF and you will need to go in update it (& add updated data) and click on submit.  Note: Your PQF is not visible to the Owners until it has been submitted. The system will notify you once all adequate information is updated and will tell you your PQF has been submitted.

Forgot my username and/or password:

If you have forgotten your username and/or password below are the steps you need to take:

If you have forgotten your user name and password go to the website at www.safetycouncilswla.org and click on the PQF Login button under “PQF & Audit Process” on the top of the home page.  Once you have clicked here it will ask for your user name and password, but below this you will see “Forgot Your Password?”.  Once you click here it will ask for your email address.  As long as you have your current email address in the system you will receive an automatic email with your user name and password.  You should receive the email from the PQF system in a few minutes from the request.

Do not know who has access to the PQF system for your company?

If you do not know who has access or need to change who has access to your company’s PQF please follow these steps:

If  the individual who managed the PQF system is no longer with your company and/or you do not have access to the user name and password send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your name, company name, email address, and phone number to have the administrator changed

Not sure if your company’s PQF is current or expired:

When you login to the PQF system you will be able to determine if your company’s PQF is expired or current.  If you do not have your login/password please follow the steps listed above.  Once logged in if you are expired you will only have the option to renew your PQF and you need to follow the steps above.  If current please follow the steps above for a current PQF.
