The supervision fee is $45. Cash, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Master Card, and American Express are all acceptable forms of payments.
You must register and pay with the Safety Council SWLA.
Clients will have unscheduled drug screens at the discretion of the Safety Council.
Clients will be required to report to and have a drug screen at any clinic/lab within 24 hrs of notification from the Safety Council. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure the clinic/lab sends the results to the Safety Council.
Clients are required to keep the Safety Council updated at all times with all current phone numbers to be contacted with. If the Safety Council is unable to contact a client within three days, the appropriate referral will be notified.
