AA/NA Attendance
The monitoring and record keeping fee is $25. Cash, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Master Card, and American Express are all acceptable forms of payment.
You must register and pay with the Safety Council SWLA before you will receive your AA/NA cards.
You are to attend AA and/or NA for the full length of time as recommended by the Safety Council and/or Court.
Procedures to get cards signed:
Print your name and docket number on the front of the card. If we cannot read the name and/or docket we will not be able to credit the correct person.
Present the card to the chairperson before the meeting begins.
Ask them to date, sign, and put the name of the group to allow us to verify your attendance. (you do not date your own card ahead of time).
Have the chairperson return it to you after the meeting.
Mail or bring in your cards each month to the Safety Council SWLA
Once your initial set of cards is received, any additional cards will be $5.00. The Safety Council WILL NOT ACCEPT FORGED SIGNATURES OR ALTERED CARDS.
